Logistics Officer

Jim Blake, holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration, and has been involved in the emergency services field for over 20 years. Jim joined SEOEMS as Logistics Officer in 2001.

Duties

The Logistic Officer is responsible for purchasing and maintaining an inventory of medical supplies and equipment utilized through out the SEOEMS District. In addition to purchasing, other duties include employee vouchers, assisting employees in meeting uniform requirements and issuing employee ID badges. Additionally the Logistics Officer assists the Field Operations Director with coordinating EKG monitor maintenance, cot maintenance and vehcile maintenance, as well as in developing specifications for new ambulances
