Beverly Knapp
Human Resources Director

Background
Bev has worked for SEOEMS since 1986. She has attended WVU-Potomac State College and Marshall University in the paralegal program. She has also received additional and updated training in management and labor relations in the State of Ohio. She has held the position of part-time administrative assistant and full-time human resources assistant before becoming the Human Resources Director.

Duties
The Human Resources Director manages all personnel functions including employee benefits and labor relations. Employee benefits involve health insurance, leave, worker's compensation, employee assistance program, employee wages and unemployment. She also is responsible for compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, as well as grievances and pre-disciplinary hearings. The Human Resources Director directly supervises the Field Operations Supervisor, Communications Supervisor, AP, AR and the receptionist.


Neatta Wandling
Clerk/Receptionist

Background
Neatta started with SEOEMS in 1999.

Duties
Neatta's duties include answering phones, daily deposits, opening and distributing of mail, filing, assisting Privacy Officer with HIPPA compliance and AR data entry.


Finance Department

Lee Fetterly
Fiscal Officer

Background
Lee Fetterly has been employed with SEOEMS since 1980. She started out with SEOEMS as an AR clerk and now serves as Fiscal Officer. Her education background includes a Business Degree from Mayo State Business College, an A.A. from Rio Grande University and a EMT-B from Buckeye Hill Vo/Tech. She also attended Morehead State University on a part time basis majoring in Sociology. She currently resides in Gallia county.

Duties
The Fiscal Officer is responsible for overseeing the accounting departments, budgeting, banking, accounting, taxes and audit. The Fiscal Officer also handles all the financial matters of the District and is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records and financial statements of a 5 million dollar yearly budget.


Mandi Pierce
Administrative Assistant/Payroll Specialist

Background
Mandi has been employed with SEOEMS since 1989.

Duties
The Payroll/Administrative assistant's duties includes opening and distributing the mail, daily deposits, filing, Board of Trustees related duties and phone duties. Duties also include processing and preparing payroll and performing duties assigned by the Executive Director.


Vicki Owens
AR Clerk

Lori Adkins
AR Clerk

Duties
The AR department is responsible for submitting all ambulance claims to Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance and private pay patients. The AR department currently bills over $200,000.00 per month and collects over $2,000,000.00 per year. The department averages 30 billing calls a day and sends out over 1,500 pieces of mail per month. AR employees are sent to training seminars on the national level to remain current on all federal changes involved with billing.


Pat Moore
Office Manager/ Senior AP Clerk

Background
Pat Moore has been employed with SEOEMS since 1980. She has an Associate Accounting Degree from Columbus Business School and has attended Rio Grande College and Marshall University.

Duties
The Office Manager/Senior AP Clerk makes sure that the office is running in an orderly manner. This includes making sure that all supplies and equipment needed for the running of the office are on hand and working properly. AP duties consist of setting up all new accounts, PO's, checks and resolving AP questions and problems.
